The block is inspired by nearest surroundings - cosy neighbourhood of Užupis and Vilnius old town. The building volumes interpret style of historic buildings in a modern way, preserving the best qualities of history and respect for a nature. Height and density of a block decreases towards the river. Whereas, houses in the end of a block are taller and forms a perimeter. Inside a block there is a cosy inner yard with a visual connections to the river.
