The designed building blends harmoniously into the general context of the environment. In the neighboring areas, point construction prevails, so for the sake of scalability, the eastern part of the complex - "Villa House" - consists of eleven separate volumes, the last floors with sloping roofs respond to the character of the nearby single-family houses. The volumes located next to K. Jelskios street and the Litexpo exhibition hall are built along the perimeter, highlighting the urban structure of the exhibition complex and forming a new street surface. The other volumes are taught in a rational way, evaluating the existing greenery, creating the displacement of buildings, revealing and highlighting visual connections with the nearby natural environment. In the western part of the plot, surrounded by trees, there is another volume - "Erčias house", which like a wedge is inserted into the nearby greenery. The volume of the building is divided into three separate parts. "Vilų" and "Erčias namus" are separated by arrays of trees, which will fulfill the purpose of public green spaces and will be easily accessible to local residents and townspeople. In the southeastern part of the plot, where there are fewer trees, an open community public space is being designed.
