The main highlight of the block is the maple tree growing on Aukštaičių street, which becomes the axis of the new public space and the entire block, connecting architecture and nature. When creating the architectural concept, imaginary natural rays connecting the existing maple tree with the shores of Vilnius are drawn. They are reflected in the urban structure of the block and in the finishing of the facades: the facades of the courtyards and roofs of the buildings are finished with light materials, while the exteriors are finished with darker materials. An expressive silhouette of the quarter is formed: the projected volumes descend towards the banks of the river, reacting to the context with their heights and directions.
