The rhizoliths of the historical historic style building are interpreted in a modern way in the apartment complex. The parts protruding from the facade over the entire height are complemented in a modern way by extended balconies, summarized in one volume. In this way, ensemble is created, new buildings are combined with historical ones. Special attention is paid to the facade visible from J. Basanavičius Street, because it is the most viewed - it becomes a kind of visiting card of the quarter. The volumetric decoration of the balconies catches the eye and invites you to come closer by creating a perspective to the inner courtyard.
